How I work
You always know where your project stands: what's happening right now, what I need from you and what you'll get to see next — from the first call to the finished website.
Process
Every step ends with something you can see or hold in your hands. Smaller projects are done in two to four weeks, larger ones in four to eight weeks.
Step 01 · First call
You tell me by phone or WhatsApp what you offer and who you want to reach. I ask what the site really needs — and what it doesn't. You then receive a written quote with scope, price and timeline.
Step 02 · Concept
I define which pages are needed, what belongs on each one and how visitors find their way to your contact details. From you I now need logo, text and images — or we work out together what's missing. You approve the page structure before anything gets built.
Step 03 · Build
I design and build the site, test it on phone, tablet and desktop and set up the SEO basics so Google understands it correctly. You get previews as clickable links — your feedback flows straight in.
Step 04 · Handover
After your approval the site goes live. You receive all access details and clean documentation of the licences; the usage rights transfer to you once payment is complete. On request I keep looking after the site afterwards.
Coordination
No project manager in between, no ticket system. You reach me by phone, WhatsApp or email — reply within 1–2 working days.
I put decisions in writing so nothing gets lost. Payment is split into 2–3 instalments — you pay as the project progresses, not everything at once.
Preparation
You don't need to prepare anything you don't already carry in your head. These three inputs move your project along fastest.
Item 01
What do you offer, and what should take centre stage? An informal list is enough — a voice message on WhatsApp works fine too.
Item 02
Who should the site reach — regulars, new customers, members? And which questions do you hear again and again? Those are exactly the ones the website answers.
Item 03
Logo, photos, text, flyers — I work with whatever you have. You provide the legal texts for the imprint and privacy policy; I integrate them cleanly on the technical side.
