2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS. Hosting is used for the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Server log files

IONOS stores log files that your browser transmits automatically, in particular:

Requested page/file
Browser type and version
Operating system
Referrer URL

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

4. Contact

When you contact me via the contact form, email or phone, your data is processed to handle the request.

The contact form on this website is submitted to the Contact Cloud at kunden.kuebler-webdesign.de. The data entered in the form, in particular name, contact details, company information, project information, budget range, message and technical metadata of the request, is processed to record, answer and prepare the request and further project communication.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is required for pre-contractual measures or contract performance. In addition, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, especially for efficient handling, documentation and follow-up of requests.

Emails are processed on IONOS servers. The Contact Cloud is processed on a server operated by Kübler Web & Design. Access is limited to authorised persons involved in handling the request or technically operating the system.

The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling the request and no statutory retention obligations apply. If a contractual relationship results from the request, the data may be stored for longer in accordance with statutory retention periods.

5. Customer portal and Contact Cloud

A protected customer portal under a subdomain such as kunden.kuebler-webdesign.de may be used for project communication, files, approvals, service requests and inquiries. In particular, access data, project and contact data, messages, file uploads, approvals, status information, log data and security-related information such as session data may be processed there.

Processing is carried out to provide the customer portal, handle projects, enable secure communication and document approvals and feedback. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Technical and organisational measures are used for operation, including access restrictions, separated customer instances, backups and logging of security-relevant events.

6. Locally hosted fonts

This website uses fonts that are served locally from the own web server. No automatic transmission of your IP address to external font providers occurs solely due to font rendering.

7. WhatsApp contact

If you use the WhatsApp link, data is transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. Use is voluntary; you can also contact me by email or phone.

8. Analytics with Google Analytics (GA4)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google tag / gtag.js, measurement ID: G-GH2FCQH4M4). Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Usage data may be processed, including visited pages, interactions and technical information (such as browser, device and shortened IP addresses). Processing is based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG for storing or accessing information on user devices.

Consent is requested through the cookie banner on the website. You can change or withdraw your selection at any time via the “Cookie settings” button shown on the page.

Data transfers to third countries, especially the United States, cannot be excluded. For such transfers, Google's contractual and privacy safeguards apply.

9. Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

10. Recipients and processors

For service provision, the following service providers are used: IONOS (website hosting/email), Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and technical hosting and infrastructure services for operating the Contact Cloud. Where required, data processing agreements or corresponding contractual data protection arrangements are in place.
